About this job

Our client, a financial company in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a collections representative.

This individual will help consumers smooth out spending spikes and access financing to afford life's big moments. This individual will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls as well as identifying account holders and verify account information.

They will assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas, for example:

  • Lost / Stolen
  • Disputes
  • Credit Card Re-issue
  • Account Inquiries
  • Payment negotiations & phone pays
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and procedures
  • Meet required deadlines on assigned projects

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, in all situations
  • Working knowledge of all applicable regulatory guidelines and procedures
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt well to change
  • Type 30 WPM
  • Experience working on TSYS operating systems preferred
  • Minimum 2 years applicable experience
  • Ability to work various shifts
  • HS Diploma/GED

Hours: Seven days a week 6am to 6 pm ( you will not work all days and all hours we just ask for open availability)
