Customer Support Specialist

Want to take part in building something new? Passionate about both technology and helping people? We are looking for talented, well-spoken employees to help our customers build fantastic sites over the phone. You'll need to work hard, stay focused and adapt to frequent change as we grow and optimize this new team.

You won't be making cold calls - which means no getting yelled at because you interrupted someone in the middle of Instagramming their dinner - but you will spend the majority of your day talking to our customers over the phone.

*Deliver a great customer experience while providing technical support
*Offer additional products and services that help our customers reach their goals
*Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross selling
*Must be able to remain focused in a fast paced environment, speaking to as many as 40 customers per day while taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
