Our client in Wilsonville is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

This individual will be responsible for answering incoming calls regarding customer questions or concerns about the company's product.

Job Description:

*Maintain adequate documentation of customer communications using Goldmine database. *Investigate and resolve non-routine customer problems and complaints.
*Respond to all customer service email.
*Handle all catalog request data entry.
*Handle all warranty card data-entry.
*Greet, screen and provide informational assistance to visitors and clients.
*Compile research data and prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports.
*Assist with mass mailing projects when needed.
*Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 45-60 WPM *10 key by touch
  • College Degree (preferred but not required)
  • Multi phone experience helpful, not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite products
  • Experience with CRM (CRM, Goldmine, Peachtree, etc) desirable
  • Call center experience desirable
  • Service experience desirable
  • Must be familiar with and/or comfortable with and around firearms
  • Available to travel
  • Sitting for 8 hours a day while working on a computer monitors and answering phones one after another

Standard work week Monday through Friday during business operation hours.
