Aerotek and Chantilly partnter are in search of outbound sales representatives to work in a call center capacity. The incumbent to this position should posses 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience in any capacity that requires a large number of outbound sales calls. The incumbent will be responsible for reaching out to members of an environmental healthcare website in an effort to educate them about the value, tools and resources that the membership offers. Additionally, they will be trying to renew membership and upgrade all members to a premium membership. The person responsible for sales will be responsible for 70 to 100 calls per day, leads will be provided by 3rd party client.

After meeting with the client we've identified that they will be more flexible on the type of sales experience, however; listed below are some non negotiables:
Positive attitude
The ability to articulate the client message professionally via email and phone
The ability to explain why they want sales in detail
The ability to explain previous quotas and how their performance was measured, both quantitatively and qualitatively
Someone who can listen to clients and formulate responses, not sound too scripted on their calls.
