Lab Technician

Aerotek Scientific is in need of a Lab Technician. Candidates will be responsible for:

-Wet bench Chemistry techniques, including pipetting and titrations
-Running analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, IC.
-Working with pH meters.
-Candidates will work in three stages of the sample processing process, including: fermentation, distillation, and energy. In fermentation, they will be pulling samples and monitoring quality throughout the process. In distillation, they will go through purification, monitoring the temperature, and testing purity of the sample. In the energy section, they will work with corn mash, where they will dry the sample and test accordingly.
-Reviewing and following established SOP's.

Bachelors or Associates degree in a Life Science. Or relevant work experience required!
