General Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Employees will be working in a production environment and will be manufacturing molded graphite structures.
• This candidate will have general shop skills and be comfortable working with hand tools/ shop equipment.
• Employees will be provided with as much supervision as required on each individual job.
• Some tasks will be team oriented and some will be individual.
• Interfacing with the production supervisor and Operations Manager will insure proper training and skill set advancement are achieved.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• This is a 100% hands on position.
• Will be working around hydraulic presses and promoted to eventually operating.
• Lifting of metal plates and over 50lbs will be required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written are necessary.

QUALIFCATIONS

• MUST BE RELIABLE AND ATTENDANCE IS KEY
• Day Shift, Swing Shift, Graveyard Shift
