Summary:

The TMS Admin performs a variety of duties including providing assistance for the Store Team Leader, Regional TMS, In-Store Facilitator, and other positions/teams as needed.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner. Follow all Whole Foods Market's guidelines for meeting customer needs.

• Work with Team Leaders and Store Leadership to ensure that Team Members are current on necessary trainings.

• Help to support all in-store applications, including, e-mail, Kronos, TMIS, and other payroll/benefits systems. Instruct Team Members on these systems when applicable.

• Perform a variety of administrative functions, including data entry for Worker’s Compensation/General Liability claims and Leave of Absence forms, filing documents, approving Basware and Concur charges, processing accruals, processing payroll, posting jobs, and phone screening job applicants.

• Use courteous and proper etiquette when answering the phones and pages.

• Work a variety of shifts.

• Attend team and store meetings as assigned by Team or Store Leadership.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Team or Store Leadership.

• Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.

• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and demonstrated technical aptitude.

• Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner to fellow team members and customers.

• Meets all customer service expectations and standards in all interactions with customers, vendors and fellow team members.

• Highly organized with excellent follow through and attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple roles and projects. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Working understanding of and compliance with all WFM quality goals, and thorough product knowledge.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures related to duties and responsibilities.

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
  • Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
  • Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)
