Customer Service Rep

Manpower is currently hiring a Customer Service Rep for one of our clients in Irvine, CA! Job Responsibilities: *Identify, quote and manage order activity for assigned customer accounts. * Responsible for coordinating responses to customer requests for quotes, purchase/sales order and mange proposal for recurring product opportunities. *Perform contact administration tasks for assigned contracts and customers under general supervision of manager and Sr. Account Representative. *Perform telephone and electronic data interface with assigned customers and data entry of purchase/sales orders into WDS (or applicable system). * Update and report customer delivery status as required. * Act as customer primary point of contact, coordinating responses to inquiries with applicable company departments. *Support new business development programs as required; monitor contractual performance and requirements. * May be required to work beyond normal business hours as workload indicates. *Perform minor technical support to customers either directly or with the assistance from the engineering department. *Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: *High School diploma from an accredited institution *2 years experience with order entry and/or customer service in manufacturing environment * 1 year experience with ERP or MRP systems *Experience with terms and conditions; general knowledge of profit policy and negotiation strategy/tactics. *Ability to analyze problems related to contracts, procurement, production and delivery *Experience with Western Digital System MRP System a plus *Mechanical "hands-on" ability a huge plus Contract Length: 1 year Pay Rate: $21/hr For additional details on this role contact: Katie Kramer Email: Katie.kramer@manpowergroup.com Please go to www.manpowerjobs.com and create a profile with us and contact this recruiter directly.
