The Premium Billing Account Reconciliation Representative is responsible for ensuring that an accurate and complete accounting of each member?s balance due is maintained. The Rep will be documenting and executing account reconciliation through potential adjustments and/or refunds due on beneficiary accounts. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
This position will also interact cross-functionally with other internal and external business partners. A background in researching member accounts such as billing reconciliations or claims activity is highly preferred. General knowledge and understanding of Medicare Part D is a huge plus. Experience with Excel, Access, and other data sources/tools preferred. Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
