Aerotek is actively looking for Financial Representatives for a client in the Roanoke area. Well qualified candidates must have the following:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in a banking, credit card, ATM fraud, financial, or insurance environment
Responsibilities within this position include:
- Managing 50-70 potential fraud cases per day and making 25-35 outbound calls to customers based on cases
- Researching potential fraud within customer accounts
- Escalating calls if needed
