Largest transportation company in the southeast is seeking Customer Service Reps/Fleet Managers for their Corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. Seeking motivated, driven, and ambitious individuals eager to grow with a reputable company.

***Requires Bachelor's Degree***

Pay: $12/hr during 3 month contract, once brought on to the company the salary will be 36,400K; after 90 days, the salary is 39,000K

The Operations Department is a very driven environment.

3 Operations Positions avalible:

1. Load Planner- Someone who is very detail oriented, will be figuring out how to get company trucks to the ending destination the most cost effective and quickest way possible.

2. Fleet Manager- Fleet Managers manage 90-100 truck drivers that will report to them directly. Drivers call in with issues or questions and the fleet managers will help resolve these issues in a very urgent and manor. It is important that Fleet Managers keep a great relationship with their drivers in order to keep them happy and wanting to stay with the company

3. Customer Service Representatives- CSRs deal directly with Transportation clients. A CSR must build and keep a great relationship with their clients in order to keep their business. CSRs also negotiate freight rates in order to keep their cost as low as possible.

Very driven environment but laid back group. Fast paced, multi-tasking work.
