Bi-Lingual Office Assistant

We are a small property preservation contracting company looking for 2 office assistants to help with our daily duties. We are looking for someone who is bi-lingual and will be able to answer calls in the field from our crew members. Property Preservation experience is helpful but not required, however room for error in this position will not be tolerated. We are offering a 40+ hour per week job with weekly pay. Duties will include but not be limited to answering phones, looking up data on our server and client servers, entering data into jobs and applying pictures correctly. Assessing damages from reviewing photos our crew members provide. Learning our allowables so that they may be entered into our updates correctly. This job is tedious but can be done by the right person. We will not accept people with criminal backgrounds, and require that you have reliable transportation. This job will start immediately!
