Part-Time Office Assistant, Temp-to-Hire!

LOCATION: Vancouver, WA

SALARY: $13.00/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: A well established, family owned business is seeking an experienced office assistant to join their team! If you have exceptional customer service skills and truly enjoy taking on a variety of office responsibilities, we want to hear from you! Primary duties for this position will include answering phones, setting appointments, data entry and other duties as assigned. Hours for this position will be part time, 20-30 hours/week Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

- Must possess professional phone and office presence.

- Able to work independently with little direction.

- Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Basic Accounting experience a plus!

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Must be exceptionally detail oriented.

- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
