Position Purpose

Provides internal support to operations management in the tracking, maintenance, statistical analysis and automation of custom reports.

Essential Functions

  • Provides internal support to operations management in the tracking, maintenance, statistical analysis and automation of custom reports..
  • Performs site financial reporting.
  • Performs site attrition and employee satisfaction analysis
  • Manipulates and reports all data types; including ACD, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Time-Keeping, HRIS, CRM, and Workforce Management.
  • Identifies potentially recurring reports and works with the Data Analytics department to consult on creation of recurring reports.
  • Supports the Continuous Improvement Champions by performing basic statistical analysis to support site-related bridge plans related to employee satisfaction, client/customer satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of KPI definitions and data sources.
  •  Ability to interpret customer requirements and develop reporting and analysis, based on these requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills. Need to be able to prioritize in a fast paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning and execution.
  • Ability to understand KPI calculations and design reports with the correct KPI calculations.
  •  Solid ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Solid ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Solid ability to memorize a great deal of KPI/mathematical related numbers and data.
  • Solid ability to apply solid reasoning and common sense to everyday problems and situations requiring reporting and analysis.
  • Solid ability to read and interpret contracts, procedure manuals and operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Solid ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic ability to perform basic statistical and root-cause analysis

Education and Experience:

  • High School Graduate or GED required. Associates' degree (AA) from a two-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. One year of contact center experience. Prior experience as a Data Analyst is preferred.
