Filing Clerk
Job Description:
- Maintains records/files.
- Organizes and sorts incoming correspondence.
- Performs photocopying as needed.
- Answer and triage multiple lines incoming phone calls.
- Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
- This position is responsible for providing office and clerical support to department, with focus on organizing, filing, copying, faxing and sorting/sending correspondence.
Job Requirements/Skills:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is Required
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good organizational skills, ability to deal effectively with people, ability to work independently.
- Good written and oral communication.
- At least 1 year experience in an office clerical environment.
