Filing Clerk

Job Description:
  • Maintains records/files.
  • Organizes and sorts incoming correspondence.
  • Performs photocopying as needed.
  • Answer and triage multiple lines incoming phone calls.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
  • This position is responsible for providing office and clerical support to department, with focus on organizing, filing, copying, faxing and sorting/sending correspondence.


Job Requirements/Skills:
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is Required
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good organizational skills, ability to deal effectively with people, ability to work independently.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • At least 1 year experience in an office clerical environment.
