Responsible for oversight of our Asian initiatives team on the Medicaid line of business.
Research and evaluate competitive activity.
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual reports providing progress summaries of community relations and faith based initiatives.
Coach team members and provide ongoing training to ensure successful performance.
Maintains field ride/training days with each Rep on a regular basis.
Develop and implement regular Rep reviews.
Develop, change and/or adapt marketing techniques to fit the marketplace.
Supervise the quality control process and procedures to verify accuracy of the applications and enrollments into the program.
Enforce corporate guidelines, state and local regulations.
Interfaces and cooperates with other departments on a regular basis.
Performs other professional duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree or 10 years relevant work experience
5+ years experience in Medicaid sales or other individual/direct to consumer sales environment.
3+ years experience managing a field based sales force
Ability to travel up to 100% throughout the territories
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Dependable, insured vehicle required
Bilingual Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
