Time Warner Cable currently seeks a Solutions Analyst to coordinate Architecture Strategy and Prioritization for the OSSD organization. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Essential Job Functions:
This role requires a pro-active and results-driven individual. The individual chosen for this role must be able to identify and determine appropriate priority for enhancements that directly contribute to the success of TWC Business Class.
- Manage intake of incoming OSSD development requests from TWC internal customers.
- Act as the liaison with lines of business and operational unit leaders and user groups to clarify, validate and prioritize requests.
- Lead assessment and definition of architecture project strategies in collaboration with OSSD architecture and development.
- Lead definition of software development artifacts and life cycle required to develop, validate and deploy projects.
- Organize and chair regularly scheduled meeting to prioritize new OSSD projects and report on status of active top projects.
- Track and publish OSS development team metrics, including on time delivery of projects, volume of projects, systems up-time and others as required.
- Coordinate on a regular with Project and Release Management to plan and initiate projects.
- Support executive reporting and continuous update of work request dashboard for customer awareness
Job Requirements:
- Fundamental knowledge of OSS including service assurance and service fulfillment.
- Knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture.
- Software development background.
- Strong Conceptual Thinking - ability to draw from experience and theory; be action oriented and ability to keep the customer the primary focus.
- Solid project management skills. Ability to manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing work environment.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Projects a cooperative and positive attitude toward customers, employees, and the Company.
- Ability to be neat with self and conduct self in a respectable, responsible, courteous manner required.

- Relevant experience delivering facilities based telecommunications services preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor ' s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
Lead: Assigns, trains, schedules or oversees work of others.
