Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing the Healthcare of all residents including the dissemination of information to families and staff
* Providing direct supervision of resident care staff
* Assigning weekly blood pressure and weight checks to rotating shifts
* Communication with physicians regarding resident's status and condition changes
* Providing training and education to resident care staff on an ongoing basis including classroom inservices and situation specific training

We seek the following qualifications:
* Current and valid Practical Nursing Licensure in the state of Minnesota
* One year of nursing and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
* Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
