Accurately manage all shipment verifications at an ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) level using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Responsible for record retention of freight bills in accordance with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley).
Maintain disposition of os&d's using pc programs and WMS.
Communicate with carriers for inbound shipments.
Communicate with Receiving departments and supervisors to direct inbound shipments.
Overtime required as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
