As the Fulfillment Operations Manager you are responsible for the prompt, efficient and accurate processing of merchandise, customer order selection and delivery through the fulfillment department. You will also oversee the reverse logistics process to ensure that merchandise is shipped to the vendor, marked out of stock or sold to a salvager in a timely manner.

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in an ecommerce fulfillment or direct to consumer distribution center.
• Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management systems), Materials Handling Systems and Microsoft Office
• Leadership, innovation, drive and people management skills
