Description

Maryland IFCS is seeking a Program Director, ARY (At Risk Youth), to manages the day to day operations of ARY services program(s) and assigned triad teams providing services within a community or small geographic area.

Maryland MENTOR continues to expand our services within our Institute for Family Centered Services (IFCS). Currently serving families with our in-home Family Centered Treatment® (FCT) services, come be a part of this growth, and the important role of helping provide crucial in-home family services!

We are seeking a Program Director to manage the operations of the Baltimore Program. For IFCS, the Program Director is a critical leadership role in our successful implementation of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to staff and consumers in the region.
  • Manage daily operations and all service delivery components of the FCT model.
  • Provide individual supervision to Family Centered Clinicians and supports the development of team supervision for staff (including, but not limited to, clinical, field and on-call supervision)
  • Participate in individual and peer supervision with other leaders in the state.
  • Oversee administrative staff and functions including payroll, billing and personnel.
  • Create and implement marketing plan; develop business
  • Oversee program quality enhancement and develop individual program plans; coordinate Network standards, licensing requirements and individuals supported needs; review and submit incident reports.
  • Implement program incident management protocols; ensure timely incident reporting and implementation of corrective action.
  • Oversee program implementation of health and safety programs for individuals receiving services and employees. Maintain licensing and compliance for program services and supports.
  • Maintain program compliance with Network and regulatory standards for clean, neat, safe living and working environments; ensure pleasant, age-appropriate, well-decorated home-like residential living environments; and notify maintenance personnel of items requiring attention.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in MD as a LGSW or LCSW-C
  • Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience.
  • A passion for the field of social work and a sensitivity to the issues for At Risk Youth.
  • Creative, solution-oriented with strong leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license in good standing
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
