Consumer Care Representative

Local company looking to hire a class of 20 customer service representatives as soon as possible. This job will require troubleshooting with customers over the phone, so qualified candidates must be technical. The Customer Service Specialists are responsible for building and enhancing relationships with their retail customers and end consumers. These customer service representatives can expect to trouble shoot, enter orders, be a product knowledge expert, answer warranty claim questions, and other general inquiries. They are a call center environment with inbound calls. No outbound sales calls are involved.

Qualifications:

-Dependable, Strong work ethic, Passion for learning, Active listener, Excellent communication skills
-Math and problem-solving is essential
-Computer system proficiency - MS Excel, Word, Outlook (SAP is helpful but not required)
-Strong phone etiquette, verbal communications, grammatical and professional business skills
-Leadership, organizational and follow-up skills are required.
-Confident, detail oriented
-Adept at multi-tasking, self-motivated with a strong drive to resolve issues quickly and effectively and work well within a team atmosphere.
-Ability to work through varying levels of difficulty with technical assistance over the phone
-Minimum of 1 yr. Customer or Consumer Service experience
-High School diploma
-Some college background preferred
-Availability M-F from 8-5pm
REQ QUAL Qualifications:
-Looking for someone with lengthy work experience who is not a job hopper.
-Open to various backgrounds: retail, restaurant, hotels, etc.
-Their big things are attendance and people showing up on time/being able to stay late during their work hours.
