About this job
Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
• Provide product and tracking information to customers
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding availability of stock and custom items
• Resolves customer questions related to orders
• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, offer solutions to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and follow
Minimum Requirements: (MUST MEET THE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS)
• Must be punctual
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable Transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Multi-line phone, computer and fax machine experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Prior working knowledge of OSHA and ANSI (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills
