Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate female CAREGiver(s) to become part of our amazing team and join our mission of enhancing the life of an aging senior in our community. You would provide a variety of non-medical services allowing an aging senior to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. We are changing the face of aging!
We have several openings for STRONG & CONFIDENT CAREGiver(s) with experience for multiple shifts ranging from 2 hour to 12 hours within your availability day, nights, weekends - if you have the time to give we have the job for you. Proper background check, drug test - we'll do the rest.

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Incidental Transportation
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Assistance with ambulation
- Experience with Parkinson Disease
- Experience with Dementia
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Hold valid MN driver’s license, own vehicle and valid auto insurance
- Possess fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to lift, push, pull & carry up to 80 lbs. infrequently
- Ability to reach above shoulder level
