Machine Op-Packaging/Filling

Manpower is currently hiring a Machine Operator-Packaging/Filling for one of our clients in Milwaukee, WI!

Job Description:

• It is a physically demanding environment, majority of the time will be spent standing and the candidate must be able to bend, twist, move cases, move 10 gallon canisters, and hand bottle beer.
• Not a desk job.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent. College or technical degree preferred, students encouraged to apply.
• With 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Has a strong mechanical aptitude for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• The successful candidates must demonstrate the following attributes:
• Education and/or job experience that solidly demonstrates successful performance.
• Strong personal drive and demonstrated ability to maintain a positive demeanor and 'can do' attitude despite setbacks.
• Maintains self-confidence in ability to make a difference.
• Self-starter with good problem solving and analytical skills.
