Our St. Peters store is hiring an assistant manager to add to our awesome staff! We love hard working people with a passion for fashion. Responsibilities and Duties: - Create a positive store experience by greeting them immediately, and by handling transactions professionally and enthusiastically - Become familiar with brands, products and prices - Buy used clothing and accessories - Assist the store manager in scheduling employees and setting team priorities - Create merchandizing plans (with help of manager) - Manage, direct and discipline crew - Price and ticket items, restock floor - Maintain displays and order in store - Manage inventory levels and rotate stock Requirements and Qualifications: - Experience in a retail environment - Leadership experience - 21+ years old - Friendly and helpful attitude - Drive to meet customer needs - Perform duties with minimal direct supervision - Learn quickly, embrace opportunities for new responsibilities - Communicate viewpoints effectively Add your style to ours. . . join the Plato's Closet team today!
