Primary Responsibilities:
- Analytical Thinking
- Dealing with multiple teams, departments.
- Managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
- Being self directed and meeting company objectives.
- Working with national quality programs such as HEDIS, CMS Star, Medicare Risk Adjustment a plus.
- Working with new technologies and computer systems
- Being responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED
- 2+ Years experience in the Heathcare Industry or in Healthcare Education
- 2+ Years of Professional work history
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
- HEDIS, CMS Star, Medicare Risk Adjustment experience
- Access experience
- SQL experience
