TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
REPORTS TO: Customer Service Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: Manpower is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
( PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for scheduling transportation appointments for patients going to the doctor. Primary role is for Non-Emergency Transportation Dispatching
Primary Responsibilities are: Answer phones to respond to orders, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints. CSR must project a professional company image through phone interaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
*Place customer orders in computer system.
*Provide customers with product and service information.
*Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
*Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
*Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
*Complete call logs and reports.
*Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
*Recommend process improvements.
*Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED ( NO CANDIDATE WHO DOES NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA BE CONSIDERED)
*PROFESSIONAL CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (2 YEARS)
*Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Candidates presented MUST have a minimum typing speed of 40wpm
Candidates call center customer service cumulative test score must be at least 85-90%, and
Employment verification conducted by your office should not have major/unexplained gaps in employment
