Senior Financial Analyst International Capital RESPONSIBILITIES: The Capital Management team is responsible for worldwide capital approvals and providing the appropriate information to ensure sound financial investments.A senior financial analyst role is critical to supporting these objectives. Specific Responsibilities include * Work with the international markets and US teams to analyze financial and operational information to support capital proposals. * Perform financial analyses that focus on assisting management in understanding new/remodeled store performance, real estate capital needs, company-wide capital plans and other brick and mortar store projects. * Financial analysis will include: * Preparing DCF analysis to evaluate real estate proposals, including new stores, new concepts, lease renewals and other strategic initiatives * Developing or evaluating key assumptions used in analysis * Developing or refining sales forecasting methodologies * Producing post mortem analysis on previously completed projects * Other ad hoc analyses for senior management * Create reports focused on post-review analyses of actual performance versus original assumptions. * Create models, analyze performance metrics, and develop and compile various financial and statistical reports that focus on individual store and company performance. * Develop analytical models to perform ad hoc analysis. * Reconcile and analyze financial data by understanding formulas and lower level data. * Compile and develop reports using multiple data sources. * Support other projects to help support the capital management controls. * MBA preferred. * 3-5 years of related experience in corporate finance. * Advanced Excel modeling skills.
