This is a full-time salaried position.
Must have successful track record of supervising and motivating others to provide great customer service.
We offer vacation pay, a 401K program and sick leave.
We offer a competitive hourly wage and a 20% discount after 30 days.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. A degree in business is preferred, but 3+ years management in a retail or fast-food setting will be considered.
2. 2+ years prior management and supervisory experience, Experience in retail sales in similar merchandise lines is preferred along with a proven record of success in managing staff.
3. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and time management skills critical.
4. Proven customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication skills required. Candidate must be someone who enjoys working with a wide variety of personalities and ages. A positive, cheerful attitude is a must.
5. Sales and goal oriented.
6. Must be computer literate.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day.
2. Lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
3. You must be able to bend, rotate and reach relative to our buying process and in a retail environment relative to receiving, pricing and stocking products. Must have no movement restrictions.
4. Able to operate a computerized sales terminal.
Our atmosphere is fast paced and you are never bored!
Our customers families with young children. They really
appreciate our bargain priced kid's stuff.
We are looking for a high energy, positive person who
is enthusiastic about what we do which is recycle products
for kids from birth to age 10.
Our store hours are: 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday;
9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
Our store is closed on several major holidays and we don't have
the long extended holiday hours as do the big stores.
