Billing Specialist - A great company, located in Carrollton . Needs to have prior Moving & Storage industry or Transportation experience.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to read key documents generated by billing and commissioning system that provide financial transactions related to a particular shippers move.

  • Understanding of key elements (receipt of quantity of items billed, billed at agreed rates, and duly authorized) of control environment surrounding disbursement audit cycle in typical company.

  • Ability to research and resolve common billing questions with minimal support.

  • Account reconciliation

  • National account and storage billing

  • Able to multi-task with little to no supervision

  • Self-starter, with a strong ethical background

  • Dedicated to get tasks completed timely & accurately

  • Organized

  • Detailed Oriented

  • Minimum 2 years in the moving industry

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Intermediate Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel

  • Good listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Extremely organized

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Audit and approval of expense reports, third party payments and direct bills (payments) against client relocation policy

  • Shipment rating

  • Precise communication of payment issues, adjustments and resolution

  • Revenue entry

  • Data entry and invoicing
