About this job
Seeking an experienced machine operator/molder to work in the Springdale area.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Molder will be required to produce parts by both hand mixing and machine dispensing.
Trim off any excess material
Check appearance, dimensions and durometer of the molded parts by using the proper tools to ensure the customer's specifications are met.
Complete any and all required paperwork
Must have resume reflecting experience to be considered.

Requirements
-Must be able to follow instructions on work order
-Must be able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
-Must be mechanically inclined and be an exceptional learner and quick thinker
-Must be able to communicate with various personnel in a positive and professional manner
-Must have manufacturing experience
-Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds on a consistent basis
