As a Caregiver with REM Nevada, you’ll be one of those extraordinary people. This position supports individuals we serve in residential settings. We seek a compassionate person to successfully provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. In this role you will also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. You will also have an opportunity to enhance the quality of life for those we serve by supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff. What we require of you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to carry out activities and services to meet the on-going needs of individuals served
• Strong follow through to ensure quality services, regulations and clients’ rights are upheld
• Valid NV driver’s license in good standing
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass local and federal background checks
