By joining our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will

· Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in a community-based setting.

· Provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.

· Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.

· Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.

Qualifications
  • Requirements:

    • Have a caring and compassionate heart
    • The desire to improve another person’s life
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Must be 18 years of age
    • Valid driver’s license in good standing
    • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
    • Previous experience is not necessary
