Customer Service Representative Job Description:
The Customer Service Rep will perform customer service in a call center environment. Associates will receive phone calls and emails from lenders, notaries, borrowers or representatives from closings. The type of calls or emails they will receive will be in regards to the title commitment, scheduling closings, HUD’s, or other questions about the documents in relation to the closing of the loan. This position is on the Client Liaison team and will require specific attention to detail to anticipate Lender needs. A minimum of 1 year title experience is strongly preferred. Primary Responsibilities:
•Verifying contact and account information
•Examines customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests
•Escalate request for appropriate action to Supervisor or Branch
•Investigates, analyzes, coordinates, and tracks complex customer issues and problems
•Make proactive calls to closing to ensure the notary is on time and if the borrow has any questions
Education or Experience required for position:
•2-3 years Mortgage Refinance HUD and/or Title closing experience
•Experience working in fast paced, deadline oriented environment
•Above average computer skills
•Proven customer service skills
•Able to learn new programs quickly
•Previous experience working on a team
•Ability to work independently as well
•Ability to work Over time (weekly and up to 1 Saturday/month)
•Ability to understand best prioritizing practices
•Bilingual in Spanish and English desired but not required
