An industry leader at aging in place is seeking an individual that can help lead our efforts in recruiting and retaining the best  CAREGivers in our industry! 
Qualifications include caring personality, strong computer, presentation, telephone and follow up skills.  Ability to multi-task is a must!  
 
Responsibilities include:
• Office Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Retain, recruit, screen & train professional CAREGivers
• Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed
• Providing friendly knowledgeable customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanor must be maintained at all times.
• Must be quick learner and analytical thinker with exceptional computer, communication and people skills.
• Must be willing to work as a CAREGiver if the need arises and cross train within office as needed.
• Must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
