We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Hebron, OH facility.


Qualifications

* Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively. Seeks to fully understand information from many points of view.

* Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call.

* Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.

* Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple solutions.
* Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
* Experience resolving conflict between groups with opposing perspectives, agendas, or priorities.
* Committed to exceeding quality standards and providing exceptional products and services.
* Understands the market, the customer, and the competition.
* AS or equivalent experience.
