Barista - Part-time

Java Detour, one of the country's finest gourmet coffee retailers, seeks energetic, hard-working Cashier/Baristas for our new locations in Concord and Pleasanton.

The Cashier/Barista works quickly and with a sense of urgency at all times. Greets customers with a smile, serves customers in a respectful, friendly, attentive, prompt and sincere manner. Coordinates orders, prepares drinks according to recipes, and ensures that customer service and food/drink presentation are top priority.

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are required in this position. Experience in the quick serve restaurant/service industry, strong customer service skills preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

And, by the way, it's okay to HAVE FUN at work!!! If you are a willing and able learner, we will train you in all aspects of the position.
