Japanese speaking Administrative Assistant for direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Los Angeles, CA


Top Skills Should You Possess:



    - Must speak/Read/write fluently in Japanese and English to be considered
    - Must have excellent computer skills and proficiency with word, outlook, Excel, PPT

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Providing overall administrative support
    - Maintain and organize information and workflow
    - Calendar management via Outlook
    - Handling all logistics for meetings, conferences, etc.
    - Domestic and International travel arrangements
    - Processing expense reports
    - General Clerical duties, including but not limited to: photocopying, printing, scanning and filing
    - Ad hoc projects as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - At least three (3) years office experience high level admin
    - Strong MS Office Suite skills
    - Excellent communication skills and -Excellent writing skills
    - Able to read, write, translate Japanese to English and English to Japanese

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:



    - Bachelor's Degree is preferred
    - Ad hoc report experience
    - Power Point Presentation experience
