Illinois MENTOR is seeking an Intake/Licensing Coordinator to manage and accept referrals. This individual will initiate appropriate communication with clinical and operations teams based on the needs of referred clients/consumers to facilitate appropriate placement and/or services. This individual will also coordinate the re-certification process. Conducts home study evaluations, makes recommendations to management, ensures that documentation is complete and corrections are made. Maintains and audits files. Coordinates meetings and trainings for certified Mentors (foster parents).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human services field or equivalent in education and experience combined
  • Two years of related experience
  • Able to obtain state licensure/certification
  • Able to obtain necessary state credentials of 402, CCA, CERAP and CWEL.
