We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Part-time Techincal Support.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Large well-known financial institution in downtown Milwaukee is looking for a part-time Technical support representative. Benefits include a FREE lunch!
Representative will be assisting the department with various programs including their LMS and E3 Portal. Will be doing a lot of data entry in working with those systems and problem solving if there are any quirks or bugs with the systems. Must be able to problem solve and look into cause of problem. Must be very technically savvy with great attention to detail. May also be providing some clerical support to the department.
requirements: 3+ years of previous technical support experience in a similar role
Hours: 20 hours per week Monday through Friday 3 days a week
Pay Rate: $20-25/hour DOE
Duration; At least 1 year, potential for extension
