THIS JOB IS FOR YOU! JOB DETAILS: This is a customer facing position providing support to tax software customers. Agents will primarily assist customers who have begun using software or online product and need assistance navigating or trouble shooting issues they experience within the product. Pay: $12 p/hr. Shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. during training. Shifts may vary after training. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Must pass 7 year background check * High school diploma or GED required; * Ability to research, navigate and locate answers from web pages and resources independently * Ability to type using proper grammar at a rate of at least 20 wpm * Ability to communicate through written and verbal communication * Experience with desktop and/or online software and/or software troubleshooting; Tax software a plus!
