Production Operator - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Production Operator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Follow, support, and enforce site policies, specifications, safety standards, and guiding principles. Ensure maximun product output and integrity Manage line balance, WIP, and area of operation through Fairchild systems Work efficiently and engage in job tasks that will assist team to achieve daily goals Anticipate solutions to problems as they arise and address issues and concerns using appropriate channels. Identify and communicate standardization and improvement opportunities within area of operation Participate in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs Readily accept and display positive behavior toward change Accept constructive feedback Recognize and communicate relevant information to various support groups as well as all levels of management Demonstrate honest and respect in the workplace Individuals will work in a clean-room environment operating highly technical equipment to make semiconductors. Individuals are expected to wear the appropriate attire and follow strictly-defined manufacturing and safety specifications to ensure the quality of the company's products.
