Summary: Lead projects surrounding the Provider centric domain. Build a reputation as the “go to” project manager for large scale initiatives. Support the PMO in process improvements and increased efficiencies in delivery management. Be a mentor and guide to junior level PMs, helping them develop a true career path.

Responsibilities include:
Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
Participate in the development of business strategy
Develop and manages business plans to achieve objectives
Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.
Have segment-wide impact Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them.
Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

Requirements

7+ years Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment (Fortune 200)
7+ years technical experience in one or more aspects of Information Systems Development or Business / Information Systems areas
Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management
Business Analysis project management experience
Professional PM methodology trained
Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis
Very strong understanding of distributed technologies & architecture
Solid understanding of mainframe technologies
Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise
C-level interface and presentation skills
Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up
Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
Must be able to work in one the following offices:
Twin Cities, MN
Hartford, CT
Rocky Hill, CT
Basking Ridge, NJ
Detroit, MI


Assets
Health care insurance background -PMP Certification
Exposure to multiple PM methodologies
Process implementation & re-engineering
MS Access - ad hoc reporting
Big 4 or Professional Services experience
Healthcare experience in a Provider Domain
PMP Certification with software development experience
