Specialized On The Job Training!!!

Main Duties:  We believe in a promote-from-within culture, so positions have opportunities for advancement within our clients growing and expanding company. 

 As a Skilled Packaging Technician and Machine Operator positions, you will spend your day working on the production floor;

• Working with the production team of up to 7 people ensuring the smooth operation of the production and packaging line and it’s equipment
• Measuring the consistency and quality of the product (cheese) for packaging
• Training and working with specialized equipment used in the packaging process

SHIFTS:  FULL-TIME

1st - 6am-2:30pm (Train on 1st shift)

2nd - 2pm-10:30pm

3rd -10pm-6:30am

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum High School Graduate or GED
• Strong Communicator
• Familiar with assembly line processes in a fast pace environment
• Prefers to work in strong TEAM environments!
• Operation of production packaging machines (Hayssen preferred)
• Ability to handle high stress levels
• Trouble shooting industrial processes/equipment
• Lift up to 50lbs multiple times per shift

$12 - $15 hr increases after successful completion of training
