German native baby-sitter/nanny for 2.5 years girl - Part-time

Hi, We are looking for a native German speaker nanny/baby sitter for our little girl. We are a German-Romanian professional couple living in Arlington (Ballston metro) and want to raise our child to be multilingual. Native German is a must (Romanian a plus). This is a part-time position and relatively flexible in terms of hours. We are open to discuss the time arrangements as our/her needs are evolving. Your role would be to interact with her in German only, read, play, sing to her and potentially take her to activities (like play dates). A good driving record and your own vehicle would be a plus. We don't need you to do cooking or any other house work. We are looking for a mature, affectionate and engaging person who would get attached to the child and take an active role in her upbringing. The ideal setting for us would be to establish a strong long-term personal relationship with somebody who can help us with raising her but also feel very close to us. Thanks, Adina
