Benefits Analyst

Benefits Analyst needed for site in Tarrytown, NY. Schedule is first shift Monday through Friday 9am-5pm You will be responsible for benefit processing, benefit payroll processing, and general support. You will communicate directly with benefit vendors in regards to plan eligibility, participation, coverage, compliance and other benefit matters. You will be conferring directly with internal clients, outside consultants, attorneys, third party administrators, benefit record keepers and carriers to furnish or request necessary data. You will participate in the issuance of benefit payments to benefits carriers and vendors. You will work with internal and external data systems to analyze and report on benefit plans. You will prepare memos, spreadsheets, charts, and PPT presentations as needed by management. This position requires a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits Analysis including Health and Welfare is required. 401K and Deferred Comp experience preferred. Knowledge or ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations are required. Must be proficient in MS Office, with advanced applications in MS Excel.
