Senior Manager Implementation and Marketing Operations - Debit Cards

This a great opportunity for you to lead key revenue generating initiatives for Discover. Discover Debit offers financial institutions (FIs) an uncomplicated approach to signature debit. You will launch, market, and evolve this competitive program with features that enable issuers of all sizes to experience a fresh alternative to other debit programs. Your experience providing strategic direction as well as delivering implementation and marketing plans through defined frameworks and online tools will be key to driving efficiencies and ensuring an overall great end-user experience.

Qualifications

Strategic consulting with financial institutions to enable great customer satisfaction
Develop and own the balanced scorecard that assesses revenue generation through monitoring monthly results and customer satisfaction metrics
Expand plans and goals to ensure enhancements are prioritized and growth plans are achieved
Create and grow partnerships with outside vendors to enable web-based creative campaigns and deploy full marketing programs
Ensure optimization of all marketing channels and expand strategy through knowledge of external marketing trends and understanding of world-class benchmarks
Manage staff of four as well as effectively collaborate across functions to deliver strategic priorities
Multifaceted project management skills with demonstrated ability to develop and execute implement plans for new products with FI partners leveraging communications plans with measurable objectives, reporting mechanisms and budgets
10+ years’ experience in implementation, project management and/or marketing operations
