One of our clients, located in Arvada, is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This is growing company and an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, sincere, team oriented individual. This position performs a variety of general office support functions and is the primary contact for customers and employees.

Job Duties:
• Communication coordination to include answering phones from the main switchboard, internet calls, accepting deliveries, mail, company calendar, record keeping, conference room management, PA system and “director of first impressions”
• Procure office supplies and maintenance services for office equipment, including maintaining a clean and safe office environment.
• Maintaining a number of files, filing, lists etc.
• Administrative duties for all Company departments, including but not limited to development and maintenance spreadsheets and sales and operations team support
• Assist with mass mailing, printing, and/or other similar large projects.
• Assist all departments with data entry, document preparation and presentations.
• Maintain and keep current marketing literature and tools.

Job Requirements:
• High school education, or equivalent
• 1 year of experience with general administrative duties in an office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills including customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task while working under deadlines and time constraints
• Excellent keyboarding skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision.
• Ability to organize workload for effective implementation, including the ability to multi-task while under deadlines or time constraints
• Ability to write effective business correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Ability to function as an effective team member.
• Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality
