Recruiting Specialist

The Recruiting Specialist reports to the Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing technical assistance in all areas of personnel, including employee recruitment, staffing and on-boarding, creating and sustaining new recruitment outlets, and assisting in other general employee inquiries as it relates to employment needs.

We are looking for a friendly team worker who is computer proficient, possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills, and has the ability to multitask, perform well under deadlines, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources matters. Prior experience staffing large accounts in short periods of time is preferred.

Qualifications
A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Demonstrate a stable work history
  • Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of relevant recruiting and staffing experience with successful attainment of daily and weekly recruiting metrics. A college degree (Associates or greater) in business administration or related field is preferred.
